This course is offered by Yale University 100% online perfact option for Covid-19 Year Only 19 hours to complete this course and It was so much fun I took my time enjoy study a series of challenges designed to increase my HAPPINESS and today I'd love to share a thing or two for you and I'm sure it'd bring back your big smile :))

Measure your Baseline Happiness

Time to measure your current level of happiness by ask yourself: On a scale of 1-5, how happy are you with your life right now?

Be true to yourself and then Find your Signature Strenths by using character strengths survey

Do you know yourself better now?

It's time to rewire our habits by focusing on the good things in life. ONLY GOOD ONE!

My story#1

One winter in Chicago I and my best friend we bought a winter kit like socks, scarf, beanie and more we don't have much but we love to help when we can so we drove around downtown Chicago and gave away this stuff to homeless and they was happy to have this stuff from us and that's so special It's still feel so good every time I think about those smile.


My story#2

One rainy day in Chicago I went out to a party but i forgot an umbrella, I took Uber share and talk to my driver if you can drop me closer to store so i can buy an umbrella but one of passengers completely stranger who share the same Uber just gave me his umbrella I offer him some cash but he said that i can pay it forward! then he left I’m not even know his name but I feel thankful For that day.
